| Prior to joining A. J. O’Neal Engineering and Technical Resources, Mike and Pati served as Senior Account Executive and Account Manager/Senior Recruiter respectively in the engineering and technical group of an international staffing firm. |

| Mike's experience includes 18 years in the electronics industry working in quality assurance, test, manufacturing engineering, and management. He is a long-standing committee member of both the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA). |

| Pati Cain, an expert in specialized Internet searches and industry-specific recruiting methods, has won numerous honors, including awards for excellence in manufacturing and technical recruiting. Pati's people skills have resulted in long-term relationships with candidates and clients throughout the manufacturing and engineering community. |
