A. J. O'Neal prohibits illegal use, possession, sale, manufacture or distribution of drugs, alcohol, or other controlled substances on its property or the property of its clients. It is against company policy to report to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Because substance abuse, either while at work or away from work, can seriously endanger the safety of employees and render it impossible to supply top quality products and service. A. J. O'Neal & Associates has established this program to detect users and remove abusers of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances. A. J. O'Neal & Associates takes our responsibility as an employer very seriously, and we have gone to great lengths to provide a safe work environment. If you are injured on the job, A. J. O'Neal will deal promptly with legitimate claims and has workers compensation insurance that will pay medical expenses and lost wages. A. J. O'Neal & Associates also has extensive experience in investigating claims and will fight fraudulent claims with all available resources.
